A number of audio and visual recordings from the fourth US tour are in circulation amongst collectors. The information below details the most commonly known pieces: Port Chester Capitol Theatre Rehearsals 8 June 1974 The earliest audio recording from the period is from the final tour rehearsals staged at the Port Chester Capitol Theatre which originates from a video recording.   An unofficial CD exists of this recording - "Dawn Of The Dogs." Montreal Forum 14 June 1974 Although no audio recording is thought to exist of the opening show of the Future Legend/Diamond Dogs Tour, a short piece of video does which has been converted from silent 8mm film.   The actual video footage - with dubbed audio - can be seen here as part of a compilation “Ripped and Rewrapped.” Reviews of this show appeared in The Montreal Star 15 June 1974 and Disc magazine (UK) 6 July 1974. Toronto O'Keefe Centre 16 June 1974 (Matinee) An unofficial album exists from this show - "Halloween Jack Spooks 'em In Toronto." A short piece of video also exists which has been converted from silent 8mm film.   The actual video footage - with dubbed audio - can be seen here as part of a compilation “Ripped and Rewrapped.” Reviews of this show appeared in The Toronto Star 17 June 1974 and Toronto Globe Mail 17 June 1974. Toronto O'Keefe Centre 16 June 1974 (Evening) Before the concert begins an announcement is made that David is suffering from larygitis but has insited that the show goes on. This show can be found on the unofficial CD boxset – “Diamond Dogs North American Tour 1974. A review of this show appeared in Rolling Stone 18 July 1974. Rochester Community War Memorial 17 June 1974   Cleveland Public Auditorium 19 June 1974 Detroit Cobo Arena 23 June 1974 An audio recording recently surfaced labelled Detroit Cobo Arena 22 June 1974. However, as the show for the 22 June was cancelled - and was originally scheduled for the Ford Auditorium anyway - it is probably safe to assume that it is from 23 June instead. A review of this show appeared in The Windsor Star 24 June 1974. Atlanta Fox Theatre 1 July 1974 At some point between the Detroit show and this one, the acoustic "Drive-In Saturday" had been dropped from the set. Tampa Curtis Hixon Hall 2 July 1974 This show opens with the following announcement - "Good evening. Good evening ladies and gentlemen. The concert you're going to see tonight is not the show we had planned for you. Due to an unfortunate road accident, half of our stage scenery, costumes, lighting equipment is in a local swamp fifteen miles north of here. There was talk of cancelling tonight's performance but David Bowie would not hear of it and insisted we go on in the remaining half condition. So, in a few minutes we'll go on with the concert - thank you.” Songs from this show appear on three unofficial albums - "The Return Of The Diamond Dogs", "Live In Tampa" and "Live In Tampa 2". The full show can be found on the unofficial CD “Bowie Live” as well as on the CD boxset – “Diamond Dogs North American Tour 1974.” Circus Raves November 1974 reported “Nonetheless, from all reports, including David’s own excited version, the show was exhilarating, and the ovation, thunderous. David performed his only encore of the tour there.” The encore is believed to have been “Round and Round.” Philadelphia Tower Theatre 12 July 1974 This is one of the performances recorded for the "David Live" album. A video recording from one of the Philadelphia shows exists but is not in general circulation. The screengrabs below were taken from David performing “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow.” Video footage of “The Jean Genie” - with dubbed audio - from one of the Philadelphia shows can be seen here. New Haven Veterans Memorial Coliseum 14 July 1974 An unofficial CD exists of this recording - "Halloween Jack Alive." A short piece of video also exists which has been converted from silent 8mm film.     The actual video footage - with dubbed audio - can be seen here as part of a compilation “Ripped and Rewrapped.” Boston Music Hall 16 July 1974 Some songs from this show appear on the unofficial album - "Subway.” The full show can be found on the unofficial CD boxset – “Time May Change Me: From Stardust To Stardom.” A review of this show appeared in The Boston Globe 18 July 1974. New York Madison Square Garden 20 July 1974 The final show of the Diamond Dogs Tour. As “All The Young Dudes” begins David says “Good evening New York. We are pleased to be here.
